Sen. Dan Coats Visits Terre Haute

Indiana Senator Dan Coats is making his way around the state.

Thursday he made a stop in Terre Haute.

Close to 20 business and community leaders showed up to hear the Senator speak about his roadmap for 2014.

Topping his list of legislative priorities for the year is Working to repeal, or delay implementation, of part of the Affordable Care Act.

He knows bi-partisan support is needed to accomplish anything in Washington right now.

“I hope last year’s memories of how miserable it was will cause us to step back and take another look at how we are to represent people. We have legitimate issues that need to be thoroughly vetted, debated, and voted on,” Senator Coats said.
