Matthew G. Garoufalis, DPM, APMA president, presented his President’s Award to Rep. Brad Wenstrup, DPM, Thursday night during the annual Legislative Conference here in Washington, DC. Dr. Wenstrup is the first podiatrist to be elected to Congress.
