Mississippi Governor Declares State Of Emergency Ahead Of Winter Weather
(WREG-TV) Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant declared a state of emergency Monday in anticipation of winter weather.
Ice and snow, which may accumulate in some areas, are possible in northern and central parts of the state.

More than 40 counties are included in the National Weather Service forecast area.
